THE ECO-LODGE
On the door of the cottage I wrote a sentence which sums up my thoughts and which I hope could be those of the pilgrims, while walking.
What if, wherever possible, building green and eating organic were part of the way forward?
Sheltered under the terrace, the entrance to the gîte has a backpack room. Hikers accustomed to moving from accommodation to accommodation will appreciate this installation which reduces the risk, for them as for me, of encountering bedbugs... the only unwelcome guests on the path.
They will also notice the construction processes thought out from the start.
Lighting in passageways is controlled by radar and timers in the bathrooms prevent forgetting.
And finally, the little extra that pilgrims who have walked in the rain will appreciate: the underside of the staircase is closed and has heating.
Wet shoes and clothes hanging on the hangers when you arrive will be dry to leave the next day. Appreciable!
The “Marie” room has 6 beds
The “Henri” room has 4 beds
The “Victor” room has 2 beds.("Victor" in homage to my grandfather, the small farmer who became a miner to support his family).
The entrance leads to the men's bathroom on the right and then the ladies' bathroom.
They are equipped with two dry toilets and one traditional toilet.
Le Mineur Paysan thought of your arrival in rainy weather. Under the staircase, leading upstairs, it provides you with a drying room where you can leave your wet belongings and leave the next day in good conditions;

Going up the stairs you will find on your right a small grocery store where you can find basic products but also organic products and local specialties that you can buy for your evening meal or to prepare your picnic the next day according to your preferences.
A large and pleasant living room, well lit, overlooking the terrace with a magnificent view and offering all the utensils for cooking!
At Le Mineur Paysan everything is provided in double...2 sinks, 2 microwaves, 2 hotplates...
